The Scrum approach has been widely used in the software development field, primarily to ensure that there is a realistic estimate of project delivery.  While teams want to believe that projects will be delivered at a particular point, it is historical that there are a number of factors that affect when a product will be delivered. It is thus a principle at Dekopanso, that we work hand in hand with clients in ensuring that solutions are delivered in a timely and most importantly in a manner that achieves the outcome the client seeks to achieve.

The appreciation of the amount of work that has been done in understanding human behaviour in regards to products and services that are used, is what informs our team using behavioural science as a lens.
